God wants us to grow so close to
and dependent upon Him that we do His will in all
things. He wants us to be so sensitive to Him and
His will that He can guide us with His still, small
voice and/or with His eye. He can move His eye just a
little, and we know what he wants. Of course, I
am speaking spiritually, but I trust you hear the
message. Let's draw near to God, and He will draw near
to us. Let's desire Him and His will only for our
lives.
If we will trust that He knows
best and do not grow weary in well doing, in due season
He will give us what He wants for us to have (Galatians 6:9). We don't want to hurry ahead and try
to make things happen like Abraham did. God had Isaac
in mind, and because Abraham wouldn't wait, he created
an Ishmael. The whole world still suffers because of
that situation.
Wait on the Lord, and be patient.
Fret not about evil doers. God is good, a stronghold in
the day of trouble and He knows those who trust in Him
(Nahum 1:7). God really wants to make everything
work out good for us because He loves us with all of
His heart (Romans 8:28, 35-39).
If you are being led by the Spirit
in what you are doing (Romans 8:14), then know that nothing can stop you.
Have faith and believe! If something doesn't happen
when and as you wanted it to, then thank God and know
that He has something better that will glorify Christ
and give you great rewards in eternity. If something
happens that is God's will, then thank God and give Him
glory. The Lord be with you and bless you. Trust Him
and follow His inner voice from down in your spirit,
and He will even tell you what to say and check you on
what not to say. God is God and wants to be God in your
life.
This is the Lord's day, and we
belong to the Lord, so let's rejoice and be glad in it.
I love you! God is looking for those who will listen to
Him and do His will. Presently, they are few and far
between. Let His eyes stop on you because you are loyal
to Him (2 Chronicles 16:
9).
